Moreover, Startups and Scaleups may have been in business for 12 months or longer, and then, suddenly they are simply not growing their business / business revenues, and therefore are realising painful losses. In this 5 day, 2.5 hrs. per day on-line workshop, we will examine your business performance and crystallise whether an "Incremental change" in company Mission-Vision-Strategy-Sturcture-Culture and / or Leadership Agenda will do the trick, or whether a "Fundamental / Frame-breaking Change" is necessary. Deliverables: 1. Assessment / reassessment of Mission-Vision-Strategy-Culture and Leadership Agenda with specific identification of which of these components is / are in need of change. Then identification of the changes required, associated measurements / KPIs and time-lines to implement and monitor. 2. Based on Assessment 1, then a more fundamental / frame breaking change initiative is produced with associated "specific change initiatives", associated measurements / KPIs and time-lines to implement frame-breaking changes is produced and subsequently monitored. Attendees: Max 6 attendees to include: CEO, CFO, COO, CIO, Sales EVP and 3 additional senior employees. An associated spill over effect of this 5 day workshop is that it is most likely to increase the bond, chemistry, commitment, and dedication of the Executive Team to successfully pull the company out of a "hot spot", with a focus on long-term "sustainable success".
