Deliverables: - On-line / website / social media sales document describing the source of the sale, how it is generated and tracked throughout the Sales Cycle. - Direct Sales document describing who (which Account Managers), how they will sell, and to whom they will sell. Also how they will be commissioned (or simply refer to the Compensation Plan / Compensation Architecture document). - Partner Sales document describing who (which Partner Account Managers, Strategic Alliance Account Managers, Global Account Managers, Territory Account Managers), what they will sell, and to whom they will sell throughout the Sales Cycle. Also how they will be commissioned for the sell. - Other Sales channels, such as Compliance Sales, are to be formally documented. Again, who is selling what, how will such sales be generated, and to whom they will sell. Also how they will be commissioned for the sell.
