Your Financial Plan & Investment Plan

Your Financial Plan / Investment Plan is mandatory to attract serious investors and convince Stakeholders. The Financial Plan will ideally include 3 years of historical Profit & Loss (P&L) Summary Data and a 5 year projection (or ProForma Plan) highlighting the important line items in your P&L. Also important is to disclose in the Investment Plan, the different stages where your firm will require initial (Seed) and additional (Seed A, SeedB, SeedC) level investments, usually on a stair-cased annual basis. Further Seed D and Seed E levels of investment are possible. Important here is to include details of how you intend to spend the investment funds and what to expect by way of returns. Sounds complicated ? Well, we can help you create this, or improve upon your existing plans. The Financial Plan directly supports your justification for your Company Valuation, that is, what is the Market Capitalisation (worth) of your company. This is important for potential Investors to understand what your company shares are worth, and / or what a % investment in your company is worth. This is a 4 day, 2.5 hrs. per day Workshop, with up to 6 participants. Participants can very for each day. Participants should include: CEO, CFO, COO plus 3 additional employees. Deliverables: - A formal Financial Plan providing a 3yr P&L (profit & loss) history, as well as a projected 3-5 yr projection of a pro forma P&L - A formal Investment Plan providing transparency on how much funding is needed for each year, over a 5 year period from Investors, as well as specific details as to how / on what the funds will be spent on. This Financial Plan and Investment Plan should be updated, at least on an annual basis.
