The creation of a compelling and "aligned" Mission-Vision-Strategy-Structure-Culture Organisation statements, and plans is critical for sustainable success. The defined structure should be dynamic, not static over time. It should be exciting such that employees are motivated to be part of the structure. - An Organisational Culture describing the "spirit of the company"; the "how things get done", the "what we do well together belonging to the same team", the being excited about creating "winning teams". - An "alignment" metrix showing / proving that the your company's Mission-Vision-Strategy-Structure-Culture and Organisational Execution initiatives are aligned.
